QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED MOST OFTEN

Is everything you make vegan?

Everything in the range is Vegan, with one exception: the mascara, which contains beeswax.

Do you test on animals at all?

No animal, of any species, has ever been part of how we test, and none ever will be. That stance makes us proud and it sits at the heart of Meroda's ethos

Are samples available anywhere?

Free samples are not something we run at the moment. So many of you have asked, though, that we would love to change that before long! For now, have a look at the mini's we stock, or give our travel kit which gathers every mini size we make into one starter set?

How long do products keep?

Every item leaves us with at least 12 months of shelf life, and the outer box always carries an expiry date, which can run to 3 years. After opening, finish the product inside 12 months.
