Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:

- Items without original packaging or labels
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Custom or personalised items

How to Request a Refund
